Bought over 50 properties that I sold or held.
Bought a portfolio of 45 properties, all of which I sold except 13 — unfortunately had to give those remaining 13 back to the lender on a deed in lieu of foreclosure. I had personally guaranteed the debt, and the lender executed on that guarantee. I lost my own home. I had to move my wife and kids in with my mom. It was the lowest point of my life — but it didn't break me.

The 45 — Hard Lesson
Bought my first six plex after the setback — getting back on the horse.
