    My experience spans residential single-family portfolio acquisition, multifamily acquisition and management, fund management, and adaptive reuse projects such as hotel conversions.

    I currently advise F6 Partners, bringing principled analysis and developing the Investor Relations arm of the firm.

    Hard Lesson Learned

    Bought a portfolio of 45 properties, all of which I sold except 13 — unfortunately had to give those remaining 13 back to the lender on a deed in lieu of foreclosure. I had personally guaranteed the debt, and the lender executed on that guarantee. I lost my own home. I had to move my wife and kids in with my mom. It was the lowest point of my life — but it didn't break me.
